What We Do: We use CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to treat unhealthy ways of thinking and learned patterns of unhelpful behavior. We help you to recognize one's distortions in thinking that are creating problems and then reevaluate them in the light of reality. We help you to face one's fears and teach you to calm your mind and body. We introduce new insights and better ways of coping. We teach problem-solving skills to cope with difficult situations. All to develop a greater sense of confidence in one's own abilities and have a significant improvement in functioning, relationships. Some of our therapies include mindfulness exercises and meditation.

Clients that suffer from anxiety and depression may sometimes need medications couple with psychotherapy. We are teamed with nurse practitioners and primary care doctors who can prescribe the right medication for you.
